Red Button Mini-quilt

I was playing around with layering and slashing fabrics (I want to make a jacket for myself using this technique), and created this small (8.5" x 11") mini quilt, titled RED BUTTONS. After I layered, slashed, quilted, and washed the fabrics, the piece called out for some of my button stash--so I embellished it with buttons and beads. If you look close at the detail photo you should see some pink sparkly beads down in the triangle shaped slashes.
