Let Sleeping Dogs Lie
Lest my readers begin to think this is a knitting only blog, here are some photos of my latest small quilt---I call this one: "Let Sleeping Dogs Lie" This small quilt is all quilted (and embroidered, or "thread painted") by hand. And no, I don't have a dog in my life right now---but I dream of having one....

How cool, and what lovely work! It's so nice to someone else doing stuff by hand (only because my machine skills need practice!); but I really like your Sleeping Dogs!

ReplyDeleteI like the colors and texture your embroidery brings out in this piece. However, the bottom section seems unfinished since there are no dogs there. Is there a reason for no embellishment there like the top section?
