Day 2 :Commitment to an empowering change

I am making a commitment to myself to go for a walk--even just a short one--every day. This is a big task for me because I tend to get busy---working on my design work, and before I know the day is gone and it is dark outside. I always plan to stop and go for a walk, but somehow that never happens...but no more! and to sweeten the prospect--I plan to take my camera on my walk and hopefully return with a great photo to share here on my blog.

I wish you luck on your walk.

There is truly something in the air. I literally just read Shannan's blog post about committing to going for a walk. And I wrote to her about feeling called to do that myself. I think we'll all be walking together :)

I love your commitment to taking walks everyday and taking your camera too!! I sometimes do that but want to do it more as well. I think maybe if I just do it first thing in the morning, it would make my day go better...we'll see. Have fun on your walk tomorrow!!

I like your footprints in the sand pic.

I can so identify with what your saying here. I love walks, particularly in nature and I often say I'm going to walk daily but, like you, I get caught up in the other activities of the day and the walk gets put off. I chose my daily activity to be meditation but I'm thinking a 15 minute daily walk couldn't hurt either. Thanks for the inspiration!
